About us

Our practices are primarily conducted within a school calendar year with our annual showcase held the last Saturday in June. In order to sevure funds or raise money for this event, we participate throughout the community by performing for weddings, birthdays, churches and many other special events within the tristate area. We also hold various fundraising events throughout the year such as Boat Rides, Saraos, Food Sales, candy sales and in addition to participating in our local Panamanian parade.

Our Mission Statement

Since 1994, Norberto Basilio Mowatt has been offering  students his knowledge of folkloric dancing. Our mission is  to continue his legacy by enlightening our dancers to  become more than the best they can be through the creative  art of our folkloric culture. To also support our instructors so  they can perform their duties with patience, dignity, and  respect. And to diligently work together (parents, instructors  & dancers) in an atmosphere of unity and acceptance by  creating a harmonious and loving environment in which we  share, grow, and support each other in the fulfillment of our  goals.
